[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Allowed] Food and drink consumption and food photography are allowed in the space. ❌ However, please ensure the water connection in the sink is checked ❌ Please do the dishes in the bathroom. [Etiquette] - All trash generated during the shoot must be sorted for recycling. - Parking for 1 vehicle is guaranteed, and additional vehicles may be possible on weekdays depending on the situation (not known in advance). - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
