[Reservation Inquiry]
Since the reservation schedule for Hourplace is operated separately, please inquire about availability with the host before making a reservation.
[Party Room Deposit]
*Not applicable for rental and shooting studio use*
For party room use, Dilique requires a prepayment of 50,000 KRW as a cleaning deposit and reservation fee. The deposit will be refunded to the account you provided within 24 hours after checking the condition of the space upon completion of use.
You must deposit the reservation fee within 24 hours of the reservation date for the reservation to be confirmed. The deposit account number will be provided separately after payment is completed.
[Parking Information]
- One vehicle's parking fee is fully supported.
- For two or more vehicles, parking for 5 hours is supported without a limit on the number of vehicles.
- Ample parking space is available from the 2nd basement level to the 7th floor of the building.
[Compliance with Usage Time]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted usage time.
- The usage fee is calculated based on the reserved start and end times.
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted usage time.
- Additional fees may apply if the contracted usage time is exceeded.
[Care for Facility and Equipment Damage]
- When moving furniture, please lift it instead of dragging it on the floor.
- Please be especially careful of damage to wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other filming equipment.
- When using filming equipment, please prepare simple mats, blankets, or tennis balls to place under the equipment to protect the floor.
- In the event of damage to facilities or equipment, the condition will be checked on-site → photos taken → repair and replacement estimates confirmed before compensation requests are made.
[Staff and User Count]
- Please adhere to the maximum number of users set at the time of reservation.
- If the number of users exceeds the reservation without prior consultation, the host may request additional payment or restrict usage.
[Food and Beverage Guidelines]
**When using the rental studio**
- Simple snacks and beverages are allowed.
- The provided dishes are for filming purposes only.
**When using the party room**
- The provided dishes can be used.
- Delivery food and external catering services are allowed.
- After use, please wash all used dishes and organize them on the countertop.
[Space Usage Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette to consider surrounding residents and users.
- Filming in surrounding outdoor spaces is not allowed.
- Please clean up all trash generated during filming and events.
- If you change the arrangement of furniture or the structure of the space as needed, please restore it to its original condition before the end of use.
