[Reservation Inquiry] The reservation schedule for Hourplace is operated separately, so please contact the host before making a reservation. [Party Room Deposit] - Not applicable for rental and shooting studios. At Villa de Noir, a cleaning deposit and a reservation fee of 50,000 won are required in advance. The deposit will be refunded to the account you provided within 24 hours after checking the condition upon completion of use. You must deposit the reservation fee within 24 hours from the reservation date for the reservation to be confirmed. The account number for the deposit will be provided after payment is completed. [Parking Information] One vehicle is fully supported, and from two vehicles onwards, parking for five hours is supported without limit on the number of vehicles. There is ample parking space from the 2nd basement to the 7th floor of the building. [Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] - Please lift and move all furniture. Be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] When using the rental studio, light snacks or drinks are allowed, but the provided dishes are for shooting purposes only. When using the party room, the use of dishes is allowed, and delivery food and catering services are available. After use, all dishes must be washed and organized on the counter. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
