This is a family home where an actual family lives!
It has a white tone, giving an ordinary home feel, making it suitable for SNS viral ads and web drama shoots. Hehe
There is a school right in front, so the class start and break bells ring (please be cautious during interview shoots!)
Other than that, it is really quiet!
We are using bright small LED lights, so even with minimal lighting,
sufficient brightness is provided!
The ceiling lights can be turned on and off separately (based on a straight line), making it good for lighting setups (see the last photo).
It is located just a 1-minute walk from Hwarangdae Station,
and there are convenient dining options for staff and actors right in front of the house. Hehe
You can park up to 4 cars when you enter the house number!
Available only on weekdays from 9 AM to 7 PM. Hehe
The master bedroom is not available for use,
but all other rooms can be used~
There is a small room not shown in the photos that has a dressing table and a full-length mirror, making it convenient for mirror shots!
There is a wash tower with a washer and dryer on the balcony.
As someone who also works in filming,
I will do my best to cooperate with moving furniture and props in advance (as much as possible)! Hehe
