It is in a 6-story building with an elevator. The A+B room (full rental) package allows the use of all furniture, props, equipment, and waiting room in the studio. [Timeliness] - Please make sure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparing and setting up equipment, as well as dismantling and restoring the space, is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper from tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - What to prepare: Please have a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball ready to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We'll check on-site > take photos > after confirming the estimate, we'll proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food Consumption] Cooking is not allowed, but light meals (such as bread) are permissible. However, please clean up and separate waste before leaving for the guests arriving after you. [Parking] One vehicle can be parked in the designated parking area behind the building. All other vehicles can use public parking lots located a 5-minute walk away (Nohyeon-ro 22-gil Public Parking Lot / Gaepo 4 Cultural Center Parking Lot). Parking is allowed on the roadside in front of the building from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. For loading and unloading equipment, it is convenient to unload at the entrance of the building and then go park. :) [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not permitted. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - If you change the arrangement or layout of existing furniture for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
