[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Pre-Reservation Confirmation] - There are facilities such as a hospital, pharmacy, and convenience store within the building. - The 3rd-floor parking lot in the building does not allow parking for large or SUV vehicles, and parking is not available when full. Parking is free for 2 hours, and after that, a fee of 1,000 won per hour will be charged. - For party, one-day class, video, and advertising-related space rentals, please inquire separately. - Please be careful when using furniture, lighting, and props. You will be liable for any damage to all items in the space, and the compensation cost will be based on the price of new products. - Please restore all furniture and props to the original appearance of the space before you leave. - Please separate trash into general/recyclable and place it in the trash can, then dispose of it in the external trash area located next to the 3rd-floor parking lot when you leave. - A cleaning and facility deposit of 20,000 won will be charged. The deposit will be returned within 2 days after checking the cleaning condition. (For 1-day use: 50,000 won) - Even if you leave earlier than the reserved time, the settlement will be based on the reserved time, and the cleanup time is included in the usage time. - The use of fire is prohibited in the studio, and the entire building is a non-smoking area. - Cooking, drinking, and pets are not allowed. - Please be careful not to create excessive noise. - Minors under 19 years old are not allowed to enter without a guardian after 10 PM. - We are not legally responsible for incidents caused by the negligence of users within or around the building.
