[Important Notice] - Due to the operation of an unmanned studio and the small size of the studio, a pre-visit service is not provided. - Heavy tripods and personal lighting equipment are prohibited. The entire floor is covered with tatami mats (there is a risk of damaging the wooden material), so heavy lighting equipment is not provided. For inquiries about using heavy personal filming equipment, please contact us via pre-chat. - It may be dark during night shoots due to the structure. Since this is a small studio, lighting is not provided, so please use your own (strobe) lighting. [Komorebi Pricing Information] - Please note that prices may vary depending on platform fees and discount events. [Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [Start Time] and [End Time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket, and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Personnel] Once you enter the studio, personnel changes are not allowed during the usage time. (The initial number of staff must be maintained.) If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. All food and beverages, including coffee and other drinks, are prohibited. (Only water is allowed.) In unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to ask for the host's understanding first. [Parking Information] One vehicle can be parked in the parking lot behind the building, but it is very limited due to the recent increase in vehicles from tenants. If possible, please use public transportation or nearby paid parking lots. [Facility Information] - Due to the unmanned studio operation, CCTV is in operation. - The elevator may be OFF and not operational on weekends (Saturday/Sunday). - Air conditioning, a Kodatsu table, and wireless internet are available. - Costume rental is mainly for sailor suits, and rental fees apply. Usage instructions are provided only to confirmed reservation holders. - Regarding parking, there are front and back parking lots in the building. (Parking space is limited) Only one vehicle can be parked if there is space available. If full, please use the public parking lot.
