✔ Usage Information - This is a private space operated on a 24-hour reservation basis. - It is a standalone space of 25 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft), with a fitting room provided. - All reservations are conducted on a 100% prepayment basis, and the deposit and food intake criteria vary depending on the type of use, such as studio or party room (meeting space). ✔ Deposit Information The deposit will be refunded the next day if there are no issues with the space and items after check-out. - For studio use: Deposit of 30,000 KRW (food consumption is not allowed) - For party room use: Deposit of 50,000 KRW ✔ Capacity Information - The standard capacity is 3 people, and additional fees will apply for exceeding this number. - For each additional person: 5,500 KRW per hour / 11,000 KRW per package ※ Infants and pets are also counted as one person. ※ If there is a change in the number of people, the maximum capacity will apply based on the total usage time. ※ It is not possible to apply different numbers of people for only certain times, but short visits (within 15 minutes) are exceptionally allowed. ✔ Usage Time and Extension Information - The reservation time includes entry, preparation, cleaning, and exit time. Please adhere to the reservation time for smooth operation. - Additional fees will apply for exceeding the reservation time by more than 15 minutes, and if exceeding 30 minutes, the hourly rate will be applied. - If an extension is needed during use, please inquire in advance, and extensions are available in 30-minute increments. ✔ Facility Information Various furniture and equipment are prepared for different shooting and meeting needs. - Large oval table, round table, sofa table, cafe table, side table - One-person sofa chair, 8 interior chairs, 4 folding chairs, queen-size bed Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ceiling-type heating and cooling system - Internal sink available (including microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot) - Sofa and sofa bed, cushions provided - Wi-Fi, board games, beam projector, smartphone tripod - Portable full-length mirror and arch full-length mirror - Hanger, clothes rack, charger, steam iron, comb - Writing tools (pens, scissors, masking tape, post-its, etc.) - Continuous lighting in 2 types - Dessert tray, cake tray, wine glasses, and various plates * Party props can also be provided upon prior request. ✔ Party Supplies Rental Information (Advance Reservation Required) We offer a variety of party supplies for free rental for various occasions such as bridal showers, baby showers, and birthday parties. - Wine glasses, tableware, artificial flowers, tiaras - Cake models, 3-tier dessert trays, cake trays - Cutlery, balloons, balloon pump, background decoration props, etc. * If the space is used for event purposes, please inform us in advance during the reservation process so we can prepare accordingly. ✔ Important Notes - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and building areas. - Items that pose a fire risk, such as burners and candles, are restricted from being brought in. - This space is operated unmanned, and CCTV is installed for safety and facility management. - If there is contamination or damage to the space and items, cleaning costs or compensation for the same amount may occur. - Only indoor shoes or new shoes are allowed indoors, and shoes for shooting must be cleaned or taped before use. - Some furniture and props can be moved, but please return them to their original positions after use. (The kitchen display cabinet and sink are restricted from being moved. When moving furniture, please lift it instead of dragging it.) - As this is a shared space, please be mindful of noise, especially keeping the volume low when using speakers and microphones. - After entering, please close both the glass door and the iron door to prevent noise from being transmitted outside. - As this is not an accommodation facility, shower facilities are not provided. - Please turn off the heating and cooling power and lights upon check-out, and close the door. - Please separate and dispose of trash in the designated area at the entrance. ✔ We are not responsible for loss or safety accidents due to personal negligence, so please exercise special caution during use.
