[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Food and drink are allowed in the space. Purchase food waste bags at the convenience store located in the building and dispose of them separately. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Paid parking is available in the underground parking lot. (B2, B3 parking spaces can accommodate more than 20 vehicles / All-day parking is 25,000 KRW) - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
