We are in our second month of opening. Enjoy our services at a discounted rate!
This is a newly built building near Suwon Station β¨, featuring a clean and pleasant space with an antique atmosphere that you can use.
We have gathered precious vintage items sourced from various vintage shops and overseas buying trips. Please use them with care. βΊοΈ
In addition, there are as many as 5 ceiling chandeliers in different areas of the space, along with neat white-toned production doors and zenda walls, allowing you to create both elegance and simplicity at the same time.
Various types of shoots are possible, including shopping mall, lookbook, reels, YouTube, and interview filming!

3 tables (2 wood, 1 marble) / 1 sofa / 3 consoles and dressers / 2 full-length mirrors / 8 chairs, etc.

More than 15 frames / 2 marble slabs / 3 stools / over 20 various fabrics that can be layered / steam iron / hangers, and more.
Additional lighting equipment rental is available βοΈ
We have 2 Aputure 300d lights.
(An additional charge of 10,000 KRW per light will apply if you rent lighting equipment.)

[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Prevention]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
