๐Our studio features a spacious 33 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) area with a horizon, an outdoor terrace, and three private rooms (A, B, C) that can be used exclusively!

๐ Place Usage Rules
[Time Compliance]
Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
The usage fee is calculated based on **[Start Time] and [End Time]**.
Preparation and setup time, equipment removal, and restoration time are all included in the contracted time.
If the contracted time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
Entry is allowed from the reserved time, and you must exit by the end time.
[Damage Caution]
Please be especially careful of floor/wall damage caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
Please place simple mats, blankets, tennis balls, etc., under the equipment.
In case of damage, the procedure is as follows: on-site inspection โ photo capture โ estimate confirmation โ compensation request process.
[Staff Personnel]
[Entry Personnel Regulations (Mandatory Reading)]
- Please strictly adhere to the 'Total Entry Personnel' set at the time of reservation.
- Regardless of participation in the shoot, all individuals entering the space (staff, performers, clients, observers, etc.) count towards this limit.
- If unauthorized personnel exceeding the limit are detected without prior consultation, the host may immediately cancel the shoot or charge additional fees according to regulations. (CCTV is monitored in real-time)
[Food and Drink Prohibition]
Eating and drinking in the space is generally prohibited.
If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host.
[Etiquette]
Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
Only the indicated number of parking spaces is available.
If any existing furniture or structure is changed, please restore it to its original state before the end time.
[Other Information]
Please refrain from consuming beverages such as coffee in the common areas of the building (parking lot, elevator, hallway).
The minimum reservation time is 2 hours.
Even if the actual usage time is shorter than the reserved time, the fee will be calculated based on the contracted time.
CCTV is installed for internal safety, and you will be fully liable for any loss or damage to facilities, props, or equipment.
Please ensure that trash and food waste are properly disposed of.
When shooting indoors, please wear indoor shoes or attach shoe tape.
If you wear personal shoes, please make sure to attach shoe tape.
(If contamination occurs, compensation fees may be charged.)
