[💸Rental Fees]
Minimum usage time is 3 hours.
Base capacity is for 4 people - 33,000 KRW/hour.
Additional charge for exceeding the base capacity - 5,500 KRW/person/hour.

*Parking is paid. (3,000 KRW/hour per vehicle, maximum 30,000 KRW per day, 20-minute intervals)

[Study Background] A classic bookshelf and props are arranged for various video and photo shoots.
[Lounge Background] The well-decorated lounge is suitable for various interviews, entertainment shows, and talk shows.
[Modern Classic Background] You can shoot various genres using wainscoting interiors, mood lights, and props.
[Standing TV] Can be used for content or as a screen for monitoring the shoot.
[Color LED Mood Light] Philips Hue bulbs that can change RGB colors can be easily controlled with a remote for various lighting effects.
[River View & Seoul City View] You can utilize the Anyangcheon view and city view from the 15th floor. Being on a high floor, it is free from noise.
[Sheer & Blackout Curtains] Equipped with double curtains for various setups. You can create a mysterious or vintage atmosphere with the curtain background, or block sunlight and external noise with the blackout curtains.
[No Parking Worries] Ample parking space is available, and there is a freight elevator for convenience before and after shoots. (3,000 KRW/hour, maximum 30,000 KRW per day, 20-minute intervals)
[Live Streaming Environment] Equipped with 5GHz gigabit internet, and thanks to the WIFI6 router, there are no interruptions or lag during wireless live broadcasts.

[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to furniture and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- In case of damage: on-site confirmation > photo documentation > after checking the estimate, compensation request will be processed.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is 3,000 KRW per vehicle per hour, with a daily maximum of 30,000 KRW.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
