[ Parking Information ] Up to 6 vehicles can be parked in front of the building, and for additional vehicles, please refer to the automatic notice sent after reservation confirmation. Large special vehicles such as equipment trucks, generator trucks, and prop vehicles are not allowed to enter. [ Smoking Area Information ] Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot of this building. There are designated smoking area signs and small trash bins, so please use only the designated area. If you smoke and dispose of cigarette butts without regard for neighboring properties, you will be removed without warning. Please note that CCTV is recording, and compliance is mandatory. [ Time Management ] The time for preparation, equipment removal, and restoration to original condition is included in the usage time. Please adhere to the reserved time, and if you arrive early, entry is allowed only 10 minutes before your reservation. [ Total Number of People ] If additional people arrive without prior consultation and differ from the reserved number, the host may cancel the shoot or charge additional fees. [ Usage Space ] If you have reserved the 1st and 2nd floors, please clean up after use according to your reserved time. If filming-related items or people continue to use the 1st and 2nd floors in a disorganized manner, the full rental fee will be charged. [ Damage Prevention ] Please prepare tennis balls and floor protection materials to prevent damage to the floor and walls caused by equipment such as camera tripods, lighting stands, and chairs. Extra PVC protection materials and tennis balls are available on-site, so please contact the host for guidance on their use. All furniture is custom-made, and in the event of damage to props, walls, floors, or outdoor lighting, the cost of the items or an estimate from the contractor will be charged. [ Heating and Cooling Restrictions ] If the door is open during filming, the heating and cooling system will be temporarily suspended. This is due to frequent malfunctions caused by extreme temperature differences, so please be aware. [ Usage Precautions ] * During the spring and autumn seasons, this building is located in the mountains and has many insects. Please ensure the doors are closed properly after use and be cautious during outdoor filming in the garden or backyard. * If a large number of props, food, or furniture are brought in according to the concept plan, prior consultation with the host is mandatory, and indoor cooking is not allowed. * If filming occurs in a space other than the reserved area without prior consultation, the cost of that space will be charged. * Pets are not allowed. * Recycling, general waste, and food waste bags are provided in the studio, and all trash generated during filming must be cleaned up by you. * CCTV is installed for security and safety.
