[Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > and proceed with a compensation request after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Policy] Consumption of food and drink is allowed in the space, but please be sure to ask for the host's permission first and clean up thoroughly afterward. [Etiquette] - Adult content, overly revealing shoots, and underwear shoots are strictly prohibited. - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is possible after prior consultation. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
