● Modern Classroom This is a bright, two-tone ivory and sky blue modern classroom. It is a full-size classroom set measuring 9.4m × 6.5m, with a ceiling height of 2.85m, and includes a corridor outside the classroom. It is suitable for web entertainment, advertisements, music videos, and web dramas that require a 'current classroom' rather than a retro one. ● Talent Space There is a dressing room (with a lighted mirror, vanity, and hanger), 2 changing rooms, and a waiting room separate from the classroom, along with a private restroom. The entire basement level 1, including the classroom, dressing room, waiting room, and restroom, is reserved for one team only. ● Shooting Environment - Being in the basement allows for shooting without outside noise and weather interference. - Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable shooting environment year-round. - Fixed speakers at the front of the classroom (PC and Bluetooth) - KT 1 Gbps fiber optic internet, both wired and wireless, with live broadcasting capability - Equipment can be brought in via elevator - Free parking for 3 vehicles: 1 on the ground (large vehicle allowed), 2 mechanical sedans (SUVs not allowed). Additional vehicles can use the Sejong Cyber University parking lot, a 3-minute walk away (maximum 15,000 KRW per day). ● Outdoor LED You can change the outdoor LED screen directly while shooting, and the playback sound comes through the classroom speakers. Includes reflectors, softboxes, and stands. - School uniforms available for rental per piece, props such as textbooks and globes are free, 50-inch TV and auxiliary monitor are free. ● Fees Hourly rental is 55,000 KRW per hour (minimum 4 hours, basic capacity of 6 people, additional 5,500 KRW per hour for each extra person).
