💘 Lighting and Props Information 1. 2 Fomex E600 units, 2 Nanlite fs150 units, 2 Gem Balls (80cm) 2. JBL Bluetooth speaker 3. 1 mobile phone tripod (includes Bluetooth remote) 4. 3 mannequins, 10M auto reel, DIY full-length mirror, internet Wi-Fi 5. Various costumes available 6. Changing room, Aurora table, 3 hangers, more than 10 clothes hangers, steam iron provided 7. 8-person white table, 10 chairs 8. Heating and cooling system (30 pyeong) 9. Several pink LED bars and 1 LED hose available ❣️ Usage Rules 1. Reservations are accepted in the order of payment. 2. The usage time includes entry and exit, as well as cleaning. Please ensure to clean up at least 10 minutes before exit for the next schedule. 3. Please wear indoor shoes inside the studio. Shoes for shooting (new shoes) must be used with masking tape! (External shoes are not allowed, and indoor shoes must not be worn outside.) 4. It is strictly prohibited to use the restroom or eat while wearing costumes. 5. The rental fee covers up to 3 people, and for 4 or more, there is an additional charge of 5,000 won per person per hour. 6. Please turn off all power when exiting. (lights, air conditioning, vanity lights, LED bars, etc.) 7. Only beverages are allowed to be brought in; food is not permitted. 8. Parking is not available. You must use the Songpa-dong Public Parking Lot (50 won for 5 minutes). 9. Minors are not allowed to enter after 10 PM. 10. In case of damage to lighting equipment or interior props, compensation will be based on the selling price. (Please contact us immediately for prompt action in case of damage.) 11. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. 12. The bed and vanity must not be moved. 13. If you wish to attach anything, you must consult with us in advance. (Concerns about damage to painting and design) 14. Reservation changes are only allowed once. If you wish to change the date, please cancel and make a new reservation. 15. Items arranged as props (such as candies on the Aurora desk) are props. Our Chewing Studio is not responsible for any issues that arise from consuming them.
