Parking is available at the back of the building, but double and triple parking may be required, so public transportation is recommended if possible. 4. Please wear indoor shoes after entering, and if shooting with shoes on, please use tape! 5. If you bring a suitcase, the wheels may dirty the carpet. Please be careful! ⚠️ 6. Costumes that are not covered with a costume cover are considered props. They cannot be rented or worn! 7. If you are late to exit, additional fees will be incurred, so please prepare to exit in advance. 8. Shooting that exposes more than the bikini line is prohibited. (Adult shoots such as web pictorials are not allowed) 9. Please arrive by 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and if there are no subsequent reservations, you may exit slowly. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, and then compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by you. - Parking is provided only for the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
