▪️Reservation 20,000 KRW per hour (based on 3 people) Prior inquiry is required for large group shoots. - Reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 3 hours. - Changes to the shooting date are only allowed once and must be made at least 6 days in advance; changes on the day of the reservation and re-changes are not permitted. - Refunds are 100% possible up to 4 days before the reservation date; cancellations and refunds are not possible thereafter. ▪️Notice - All food is prohibited except for simple beverages. - Indoor shoes must be worn before entering the studio (shoes for shooting purposes are allowed). Cleaning fees may be charged for floor damage due to negligence. - If furniture, props, or space are damaged or lost during the rental period, the cost of the items may be charged. Please be careful with the expensive furniture. - The reservation time includes entry + cleaning + exit. Please be punctual for the next reservation. - CCTV is in operation within the studio for damage and loss prevention, theft prevention, and personnel verification. - The daybed and wall-mounted furniture are absolutely not to be moved. Other props and small furniture can be moved. Please return furniture and props to their original positions before exiting, and ensure that the air conditioning, iron, lighting, and other power sources are turned off. Free rental: Bluetooth speaker, steamer, mobile hanger, portable full-length mirror, lint roller, hangers, chargers, etc. (Other professional shooting equipment and lighting are not included.) ▪️Parking Studio Haian does not have designated parking spaces. If you are using a personal vehicle, I recommend: 1) Mangwon 1-2 Public Parking Lot (1h 2,400 KRW, 3 minutes on foot) or 2) Royal Plaza Parking Lot (1h 12,000 KRW, 2 minutes on foot). Parking conditions vary each time, so it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to park and then move.
