[Parking] Parking in the building's basement is expensive. You can use valet parking at Ililhyang next to the Hyundai Lakeville building (3,000 KRW for 2 hours). [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating or Drinking] Eating or drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Only the indicated number of parking spaces is provided. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
