[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please handle all furnishings and structures with care. You are 100% responsible for compensating for any damages. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Consumption of food and drink is allowed, but please take all food waste with you. Please separate and dispose of all other waste except for food waste. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Please refrain from using speakers after 6 PM. - You must clean up all waste generated during the shoot. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
