B Room: Pink Princess

[Terms of Use] - Reservations can be made with either consecutive times or with a gap of 2 hours or more. - By making a reservation and using the space, you are deemed to have agreed to the usage rules. - All prices are based on non-commercial (non-profit) purposes for 'photo' shoots. - All shoes used during the shoot must have masking tape applied to the floor. - Adult content and provocative (including exposure beyond general underwear) compositions and outfits such as BAF bikinis are strictly prohibited. If discovered, the work will be deleted and you will be asked to leave. - All video shooting that has not been pre-approved is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the work will be deleted and you will be asked to leave. - The use of minors is considered to have obtained the guardian's confirmation and consent, and all accidents and damages such as property damage that occur during use are the sole responsibility of the guardian. - Furniture and props inside the room may change without prior notice. [Commercial (Profit) Photo Shoots] - For commercial shoots, the amount varies depending on the purpose of the shoot. - If used at the non-commercial rate and commercial use is confirmed, a fee of 5 times the commercial rate will be charged. - Examples of commercial shoots include: advertising for social media, promotional advertisements, Naver posts, magazines, photo books, sponsored shoots, shopping mall shoots, product photography... all shoots for profit and/or promotional purposes are included. [Punctuality] - Timely entry and exit is the principle. Dressing rooms also require timely entry. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for changing, preparing for the shoot, setting up, dismantling equipment, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Parking Information] Parking is not available at the studio. Please use nearby public parking. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the floor caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparations: Shoes (reinforced with masking tape), tripod (special cover provided) - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, and then compensation requests will be processed. [Number of Entrants] The fee for Room B is based on 3 people, and the maximum capacity is 4 people. If the maximum capacity is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Prohibition of Food and Drink] Bringing food and beverages into the studio is strictly prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to ask the host for permission first.
