Hello,
I am renting out a house currently used as a residence for filming purposes. (There are 8 steps at the entrance)
We have previously hosted shoots for Wavve dramas, MBC live broadcasts, YouTube shows, independent films, and snap photography.
Filming hours are available from 8 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and weekends, but if you let me know in advance, we can negotiate outside of these hours as well.
I am renting out the living room and kitchen (15 pyeong), veranda, yard, and 3 rooms (master bedroom, pantry, dressing room).
Photos 1 to 3 show the living room scenery during the period from May to October, and photos 4 to 6 show the living room scenery during the period from November to April, so please refer to them when shooting.
(There is a difference with and without the potted plants)
Outdoor shooting is only allowed until 9 PM for the sake of the neighbors.
The basement is used for short-term rentals, so there is no concern about noise between floors.
The house faces south, providing good natural light.
There is a park in front of the house, so you can see the park view from the living room.
All props, tableware, and appliances in the house can be used upon agreement, and please return them to their original state after use.
(Charges will apply in case of damage)
Parking is available for 2 cars right in front, and additional cars can be parked in nearby vacant spaces.
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and please inform me in advance if you are bringing pets.
Please clean up any food/general waste and recyclables generated during the shoot.
Please bring food/general waste bags in advance.
π Pre-visit Information
A pre-visit fee of 6,000 won will be charged, so please keep that in mind.
No pre-visit fee will be charged for completed reservations.
π Capacity Information
For large shoots with more than 16 people, a 200% surcharge will apply. Please provide the exact number of people when making a reservation.

Place rules
[Time Information]
- You can shoot on weekdays and weekends from 8 AM to 10 PM, and other times can be negotiated.
- The rental fee is based on the [start time] and [end time], and you must strictly adhere to these times.
- Preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition are included in the contracted time.
- If you exceed the contracted shooting time, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be very careful not to damage the floor and wallpaper with tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment.
- What to bring: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm together on-site > take photos > after reviewing the estimate, compensation will be requested.
[Staff Personnel]
If the designated number of staff is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment.
[Food and Drinks Allowed]
You can consume delivered food, but please clean up and dispose of all trash.
[No Smoking]
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting is only allowed until 9 PM for the sake of the neighbors.
- Please clean up all trash generated during the shoot.
- Parking for two cars is available right in front, and additional parking can be conveniently used in vacant spots around the house.
- If you change the arrangement or structure of existing furniture, please restore it to its original condition before the closing time.
