[About Eight Tone Studio] Located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam, Eight Tone Studio is a rental studio filled with natural light and European sensibility. It is a total of 40 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) in size, inspired by classic European hotels and mansions, completing the atmosphere of the space with light, texture, furniture, and props. We hope your time at Eight Tone remains a beautiful memory. [Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - Please cooperate with timely entry and exit to avoid inconveniencing the next customer :) *A fee will be charged for exceeding 10 minutes by 30 minutes. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful to avoid damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - For security purposes, internal CCTV is in operation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. Simple drinks and snacks are allowed. [Etiquette] - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
