[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - Outdoor shooting is not allowed. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] - If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. - The maximum number of people for shooting is 12, and additional charges will apply if this number is exceeded. Please make sure to book for the final number of people, including those who will briefly visit or leave early. - For large corporate advertisements or video shoots with many participants, the rental fee may vary, so please contact the host separately. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is absolutely prohibited. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
