- The usage fee is based on 4 people for 1 hour (55,000 KRW), and the minimum (basic) rental time is 3 hours. (For more than 4 people, an additional 5,500 KRW per person per hour will be charged) - Special filming and use of special equipment require prior consultation and phone inquiry. - The usage time includes the time for preparation and cleanup, which is counted as the entry/exit time. (Even if you finish earlier than the reserved time, the fee will be calculated based on the reserved time.) - If any equipment, facilities, or items are damaged during the studio use, the cost of the items may be charged. Please be careful while using them. - Food is prohibited except for simple beverages. - You must wear the provided indoor slippers, except for filming shoes. - For safety in the studio, CCTV is recording 24 hours a day. - Reservation cancellation and change/refund policy: 5 days before the filming date: Reservation changes and cancellations are possible. Within 5 days of the filming date: * 20% of the deposit for 4 days before * 40% of the deposit for 3 days before * 60% of the deposit for 2 days before * 80% of the deposit for 1 day before * 100% of the deposit on the day of reservation will incur a penalty fee. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
