[Time Management] ☑️ Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. ☑️ The usage fee is contracted based on the [entry start time] and [exit time]. ☑️ Early entry before the contracted time is not allowed, and entry is only possible from the contracted time. ☑️ Please ensure *complete restoration* and exit within the rental time. ☑️ If you wish to extend your time, please let us know in advance. [Use of Props] ☑️ Please be sure to consult the host before using props or moving furniture within the space. ☑️ There are often cases where restoration is not done after using props or moving furniture! Please take a photo and return everything to its original place. ☑️ Costs may be charged for damage to props or furniture. [Damage Prevention] ☑️ Please use the furniture in the space cleanly to avoid damage from tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment. ☑️ Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. ☑️ In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] ☑️ If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] ☑️ Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please ask for the host's understanding first. ☑️ You can order coffee and drinks from the store! (Please refrain from bringing outside beverages 🙇🏻‍♂️) [Wi-Fi] ☑️ Scan the QR code on the wall to connect automatically. [Etiquette] ☑️ Please observe etiquette to avoid disturbing the surrounding residential area. ☑️ Smoking indoors is prohibited. (Smoking is allowed at the back parking lot, not at the store entrance or parking lot.) ☑️ All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up and taken with you. (Do not throw it away inside the store ❌) ☑️ Filming is not allowed in the kitchen area. Please let us know in advance if you wish to film there. [Use of Café Supplies] ☑️ If you let us know in advance, we will lend you the supplies available in the café. [Nearby Amenities] ☑️ There is a convenience store right next to the shop. Entry Instructions (if the host is absent) ☑️ You can enter by moving the sign blocking the entrance! ☑️ Go to the end of the kitchen area, and you will find the store's overall lighting on the wall; please turn it on! ☑️ You can freely turn on and use the lights inside the store! ☑️ Use the ceiling air conditioner near the entrance to set heating or cooling! (Short and thick remote control) ☑️ The wall-mounted air conditioner at the end of the store can only cool (long and thin remote control) ☑️ Turning on the white multi-tap near the counter will turn on the speaker and counter lighting! (If you want to use the Bluetooth speaker, please turn off the Bluetooth on the air device and connect your personal phone to the Bluetooth speaker to play music!) ☑️ You can freely open and close the blinds! (Please make sure to close them completely when you leave.) Exit Instructions (if the host is absent) ☑️ There is a "store overall lighting" on the wall inside the kitchen. Please turn off the lights! ☑️ When leaving, please make sure to turn off the lights and the "heating/cooling unit"!! (Occasionally, only the remote may be turned off, and the air conditioner may not turn off, so please check if the air conditioner has turned off properly.) (The beverage showcase is excluded! Please do not turn it off.) ☑️ The white multi-tap near the counter must be turned off to completely turn off the speaker. ☑️ Please close all the blinds! ☑️ Please place all empty beverage cups in the sink! ☑️ Please do not open and close the entrance door and thoroughly block the entrance with the sign as shown in the attached photo when exiting! (You do not need to move the metal carrier outside.) [The minimum usage fee for our space is 200,000 KRW!!] ex) 2 people for 2 hours usage is 200,000 KRW ex) 2 people for 3 hours usage is the hourly cost on Hourplace x 3 [Due to the nature of being a café and studio, we have set this minimum line as we are conducting rentals while stopping operations..!]
