[Punctuality] - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] - In the case of damage to studio equipment or the space, you will be responsible for the full cost of the product and restoration. - Please be careful of damage to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lighting, and other equipment. Costs may be charged for any damage. [Etiquette] - Wearing indoor shoes is mandatory inside the studio, and if you wear outdoor shoes, please use tape to cover them. - To maintain a pleasant studio condition, bringing in food other than simple snacks (coffee, cookies, bread) is not allowed. - Furniture and props can be moved depending on the shooting situation, but please return them to their original position for the next user. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by you. - All indoor and outdoor spaces are non-smoking.
