[Available Booking Hours] - 11:30 am ~ 9 pm - If you wish to book outside of the available hours, please note that we may contact you after the booking approval to inform you that the rental is not possible, so please make your reservation within the available hours. [Time Adherence] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] - You may consume food from Changchang. (Food cost + separate serving fee) - Separate serving fee: 1) The rental space is not currently a restaurant serving area, so additional serving staff is required. 2) Please understand that taking out food and serving it directly by guests is not allowed under current laws and restaurant operation regulations. - Outside food is prohibited. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Valet parking is available. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
