It is a 26 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) private rental studio that can use natural light and a horizon backdrop together. It is used for various shoots including shopping mall and product photography, portrait, couple, and friendship shoots, video shoots, bridal showers, and more. * Located a 7-minute walk from Geumjeong Station (Line 1/Line 4) An unmanned rental studio located in the Gunpo/Bumgye/Pyeongchon/Uiwang living area. With windows on three sides, sunlight pours in from day until dusk. The large south-west facing window can create soft light even on cloudy days. With a 3.5m x 3.5m horizon backdrop and a clean concept interior, various color points allow for diverse shooting possibilities. Available Lighting: [Flash] Pomeks E600 x 2, [Continuous Light] Nanlite FS-300B x 1, [Continuous Light] Godox LEDP260C x 2 Shooting equipment is prepared for comfortable use for both camera and smartphone photography. 📆 Availability can be checked on the Hourplace reservation calendar or website. @studioneoul You can check various photos on Instagram. Parking for 1 vehicle is free during usage time / Additional vehicles receive 1 hour free Parking fees apply for additional parking time. (1,200 won per hour)

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
