(This includes coffee and bottled water.) <Facility Usage Instructions> - Please wear indoor slippers inside the studio. - If the shoes used for shooting are not new, please either tape the floor or clean it thoroughly with wet wipes. - Be careful as the floor and walls can be easily scratched. - When moving desks or props, do not drag them; two people should carry them. - Do not attach tape or nails to the walls. - If any studio facilities or items are damaged, please call the manager immediately to report it. <Check-out Instructions> - Please ensure that all belongings are organized within the reserved time. - Please return any furniture and props to their original places. - Large amounts of trash, such as boxes, may incur cleaning fees. - Please turn off the power for the air conditioning, steam iron, and hair straightener, as well as the lights before leaving. - If you exceed the reserved time, fees will be charged in 10-minute increments per person. <CCTV Operation Notice> CCTV is in operation throughout the studio for the purpose of confirming the number of people, checking for unauthorized use, and security. *** If you use a room without a reservation, you will be charged double the usage fee.
