[Usage Guide] - The minimum reservation time is 3 hours, based on the entry and exit times. - Even if the shoot ends earlier than the reserved time, the fee will be calculated based on the reserved time. - To avoid damage to the elevator, please cover it when using it for shooting large items. - Furniture, props, and lighting are high-value items, and you must compensate 100% for any damage. - Please return the furniture and props to their original positions before leaving. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the floor, walls, and furniture caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Bringing in and consuming outside food in the space is strictly prohibited. (If needed, please use the hallway table.) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure, you must restore it before the end time. [Features] - Natural light comes in all day through 8 windows facing east, south, and west. - The entire floor is used, providing a private experience. - Located on the top floor, video and live broadcasts can be conducted without noise from other floors. (1 Gbps fiber internet installed) - Makeup room and fitting room are available. - Elevator (9-person capacity) size 1400×1240×2350 (diagonal length 3000) [Parking Information] 1 vehicle can be parked in the building's basement (height 2.3m), and if exceeded, please use the nearby Nonhyeon-ro 28-gil public on-street parking.
