[Nabun House Information]
Nabun House is an old residential house that is currently inhabited. It differs from a typical studio in that it has a vintage atmosphere with a sense of life.
The arrangement of furniture and props may change frequently depending on living and shooting situations. Some props, appliances, tableware, and furniture arrangements in the photos may differ from the current setup, so if you have any essential props or compositions in mind, please inquire before making a reservation.
The cat is the host's pet and is not a prop for shooting. It may or may not be present in the space, so its appearance cannot be guaranteed.
You are free to use the props and tableware inside the house, but please make sure to return them to their original positions after use. Please clean up all trash, and before leaving, ensure that the front door is locked, windows are closed, and lights and heating/cooling systems are turned off.
Please do not dispose of any foreign objects such as feminine products, wet wipes, or pieces of toilet paper in the toilet. Repair costs may be charged in case of plumbing issues.
Refunds may be difficult if you make a reservation without prior confirmation regarding specific props, furniture arrangements, or the presence of pets.
[Lighting Information]
Nabun House has an east-facing structure, and the time when direct sunlight comes in strongly is during the morning hours when the sun rises (around 7 AM to 8 AM). During this time, it is possible to shoot with sunlight streaming in, but depending on the season, the amount and angle of sunlight may vary, and the same feeling may not be achieved.
In the later hours, natural light that is soft and evenly distributed comes in, and on clear days, the space is generally bright.
