[Time Management] - Please adhere strictly to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Precautions] Food and drink are allowed, but consumption is only permitted at the tables provided in the hallway. There are no facilities for disposing of leftover food, so please take any remaining food with you. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. - Pets are not allowed. Cautionary Notes 1. During the shoot, shoes may be worn without model taping, but please remove any dirt from the shoes. This is to prevent unpleasant odors and contamination of the floor, so please wear them only after cleaning. Shoe cleaner is provided. 2. Food and drink are allowed, but consumption is only permitted at the tables provided in the hallway. There are no facilities for disposing of leftover food, so please take any remaining food with you. 3. If accompanied by children, please note that the floor is made of gravel, which may cause injury if a child falls. The installed wooden structures are weak, and if a child holds and shakes them, they may break or fall, potentially causing injury. 4. If props or the horizon floor are damaged, repair costs may be charged. 5. Shoe cleaner, lint rollers, disposable toilet covers, simple snacks, a water purifier, a refrigerator, and a microwave are provided. Please let us know if you need any of these. 6. For facility management and accident prevention purposes, CCTV is recording in all areas except the restrooms and powder rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
