[Space] - Berg regularly changes furniture and props to enhance the space, so if there are specific items you need for your shoot, please inquire about their availability before making a reservation. [Damage Caution] Please be careful to avoid damage caused by tripods, lighting, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > and proceed with a compensation request after confirming the estimate. [Number of People] - The number of users (including infants and children) will be counted by facial recognition CCTV, so please make your reservation with the accurate total number of people. - If the set maximum number of people is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
