It is indeed difficult to shoot items related to lifestyle in a real apartment. Apartment Eight is an open-style studio created by a brand visual shooting team that embodies the mood of an apartment. To alleviate the hassle of moving between rooms and to enhance the efficiency of movement during studio shoots, each section has been designed in an open style. We have carefully crafted the necessary structures for natural and free styling as well as product photography. The "8" in Apartment Eight signifies infinity. Infinity (무한한) Inspiration (영감의) Space (공간) This is the name we hope to embody. With a south and west-facing window design, the bedroom and kitchen face south, while the garden, dining table, and lounge face west, allowing you to enjoy the sunset until the very end. It is 43.5 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) with a ceiling height of 2.9m. There is also a mini garden. The island is movable, and there is a veranda passage beyond the kitchen's large window, with a door that opens to the outside. The view from the window is quite nice, and there are many fun features, including the possibility of installing lighting. (Oh, and the horizon is also large.) * The small furniture and objects inside the studio may vary depending on the situation. Please confirm any necessary items in advance or during a site visit. from. APARTMENT 8 + The maximum capacity for furniture and large items is 25 people. + Although it is categorized under props/beauty, if you have more than 10 people or if a video team with video equipment is entering, please make the payment here. + For beauty/props/objects/photo/smartphone shoot reservations, search for Apartment Eight, and you will see a payment option for 77,000 won. + For advertising/interviews/dramas/music videos/movies with a scale of 20 or more, please contact the host. *** The studio Apartment Eight operates unmanned and is monitored by CCTV for security and studio condition. Please make a reservation based on the total time including preparation time for shooting and cleanup time (product packing + studio setup restoration). * If payment is not made on the day after reservation approval, it may be canceled if another reservation team confirms their payment first. Completing the reservation approval does not mean the reservation is confirmed :) If your payment is delayed, please be sure to leave a message! Check-in is available from the exact time of your reservation. 2. If you move your belongings or check out after the reserved time without requesting an extension, extension fees will be automatically charged/informed without prior notice. There are no exceptions~! 3. If you mix up the location of the furniture/items used while trying to meet the check-out time, cleaning fees will be charged. 4. Extensions are possible in 30-minute increments, so please let us know and finish your use accordingly. 5. Even if you say you are "cleaning up," time will still be required until check-out. If you use equipment, please allocate at least 30 minutes for cleaning up. The clean-up is included in the rental time. Please be aware of this and use the space accordingly. 🙇🏻‍♀️ *Damage Warning Please use the facilities, furniture, items, lighting, and flooring carefully to avoid damage. - A black tennis ball for use with tripods is provided. - The horizon is a space for clean cut-out photography. A large camping mat is provided, so please lay it on the floor when stacking products. The sink and washbasin can be used with water, and both hot and cold water are available. The washbasin is designed to prevent water from pooling, allowing for flowing water scenes in photography. The wall set is finished with matte water-based paint for shooting purposes. If you use high water pressure or if the wall set background gets dirty due to actual hand washing or dishwashing with soap, repair costs will be charged to the user, so please check this before making a reservation. The sink and countertop are made of marble. If coffee, food, or markers stain or discolor them, they will not be removable. Repair costs will be charged to the user, so please check this before making a reservation. - Cooking scenes that may cause oil to stain the walls are not allowed. If you need a cooking scene, the island countertop is available, but you must inquire separately. *** If replacement or repair is needed due to damage to the facilities, the user must fully compensate for the costs. *** Only simple drinks and snack menus are allowed to be brought in. Please do not leave food waste behind. All trash generated after check-in must be organized and taken with you. If left behind, cleaning fees will be charged (50,000 KRW). There is a recycling area in front of the CGV entrance on B2 of the building. [Basic Amenities] 2 folding tables, 2 four-socket camping extension cords, 1 three-tier trolley, 3 stools, a hanger, a clothing rack, a vanity, a handheld steamer, tape cleaner, wet wipes, paper towels, tennis balls for tripods, a large camping mat. If you park in the area of B3, Building A, H11 (in front of the freight elevator), F11, and F12 (regular elevator), you can use the elevator closest to the studio.
