📌Season Concept <Dinner> Related *LED candles and real candles are mixed. Do not light the candles under any circumstances. *The props are fragile. Please handle them with care. Restoration to original condition is mandatory upon checkout. Please cooperate to ensure the next reservation does not face any inconvenience. 📌Time Adherence - Enter and exit on time. - The usage fee is contracted based on [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. (Including makeup room usage) - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. 📌Caution Against Damage - Please be careful of damage to the floor and props caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site together > Take photos > After checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. 📌Staff Count - If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. 📌Food and Drink - You may enter with beverages, but please ensure thorough recycling. - Eating is allowed, but please be careful not to contaminate the studio. - Leftover food cannot be disposed of and must be taken with you. 📌Etiquette - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - The neighboring unit is a regular office. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Shoes worn outside cannot be worn inside the studio. Please attach tape to the soles of your shoes. - Prior consultation is required for excessive noise and sound usage. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. 📌Parking - Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building. It is a shared parking lot with a total of 12 spaces. Parking is allowed without restriction if there are available spots, and if full, please use nearby parking areas.
