1. ⏱️ Time Management (Check-in/Check-out)
Compliance with Contracted Time: The usage fee is based on the reserved start and end times.
Preparation and Cleanup Time Included: Setting up/preparing before the shoot, removing equipment, and restoring the space to its original condition are included within the reserved usage time.
Additional Fees: If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment, so please adhere to the time limits.
2. ⚠️ Caution Against Damage to Facilities and Floors/Walls
Please be careful not to damage or mark the wooden floors and wallpaper when moving and setting up filming equipment such as tripods, lights, and director's chairs.
Essential Preparations: Please be sure to prepare a simple mat, blanket, or tennis balls to place under the equipment.
In Case of Damage: Immediate on-site inspection ➔ Take photos ➔ Compensation claim will proceed after confirming the repair estimate.
3. 👥 Compliance with Staff Numbers
Please adhere to the maximum number of staff set during the reservation.
If there is an excess of personnel without prior consultation, filming may be canceled or additional payment for extra personnel may be requested.
4. 🚫 No Eating in the Space
To maintain a pleasant environment, eating in the space is strictly prohibited.
If there are unavoidable reasons, please be sure to seek the host's permission in advance.
5. 🧹 Etiquette and Restoration of the Space
Consideration for Neighbors: Due to the residential nature of the area, please observe basic noise etiquette for the surrounding residents. (Outdoor filming in residential areas is not allowed.)
Restoration of Furniture: Any furniture and props moved for filming must be restored to their original positions before check-out.
Trash Disposal: Please clean up and collect all trash generated during the shoot before check-out.
Parking Information: For additional vehicles beyond the designated parking space (1 vehicle), please use the nearby public parking lot.
