This is an empty space that has not yet been remodeled and has not been demolished. During the day, it receives a good amount of sunlight. Evening shoots are absolutely not allowed. You cannot make a deposit without prior approval. It is located on the 4th floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Food and drink are not allowed, and in unavoidable circumstances, you must consult in advance. As this is a space intended for demolition, there is naturally no heating or cooling facilities. Since there are residents living on the lower floors, any actions that cause noise or inconvenience are not allowed. This space has been used for shooting music videos and lookbooks for fashion brands. Previous users have utilized the items inside (toilets, mattresses, etc.). Negotiations for discounts are not allowed, so please adhere to the company's regulations. The rooftop space on the 3rd floor is also available for use, so please inquire. Reservations are not possible on weekends. The space cannot be used for purposes other than shooting. (Please consult with the host if necessary.) There are no lighting or water facilities, but power can be connected from outside the space if needed. Two extension cords are available for rent, and a small refrigerator can be used. The restroom on the 3rd floor is available for use. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the building's parking lot. For any additional vehicles, please use the surrounding roads or public parking lots.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - Evening shoots are absolutely not allowed. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot. Additional payment is also not allowed. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Rooftop shooting is possible, so please inquire. - When using the rooftop, actions that cause inconvenience to residents are not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. There are many parked cars on Fridays. Please avoid Fridays. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
