📌 Please check the following items before making a reservation. 📌 This is guidance to protect the characteristics of the space and the shooting environment. [Number of Users] - If the number of users exceeds the maximum set in advance, the rental may be canceled or additional charges may apply. [Shooting Time] - Please include all preparation, setup, equipment removal, and space cleanup within the reserved time. - If the end time exceeds 10 minutes, additional charges may be requested. - The space can be accessed 10 minutes before the reserved time. Early entry is not allowed. - After the shooting ends, the space will be checked together with the host. [Damage Precautions] - Please be careful of damage to the tile floor, walls, main door, vintage ironwork, and chandelier when moving or installing equipment or items. - To protect the space, please prepare cushioning materials such as mats, blankets, or tennis balls and place them under the equipment. - If any damage is found after the shoot, the damaged items will be charged at 100%, and on-site compensation requests will be made according to the contractor's estimate. [Vintage Furniture and Objects] ✔ All furniture and objects in the space are unique vintage items that have been cherished for a long time. If you need to move or use them, please consult in advance. In case of damage or breakage, restoration to its original condition may be difficult or impossible, and restoration costs equivalent to the item's value may be charged. ✔ The natural material plant interior is delicately arranged and cannot be moved or rearranged. In particular, materials such as reeds, pampas grass, and dried flowers are very fragile, so please refrain from removing them from vases or touching them. The layout composed of rattan branches also cannot be changed arbitrarily. If these conditions are violated, additional charges may apply for restoration and replacement costs. [Usage Etiquette] - The loft is the host's private space and is not accessible. Please cooperate as the loft is not included in the usable areas of the space. - Shooting using the bathtub (including water use) requires prior consultation. (Simple staged shots can be done without consultation.) - You cannot operate the boiler controller. If you need to adjust the indoor temperature, please request it from the host. - Bringing in simple snacks (cookies, drinks, etc.) is allowed, but all trash generated during the shoot must be collected by you. - Pets are not allowed. - After the shoot, please return the space to its original condition (including returning furniture to its original position). [Parking Information] - The small parking space in front of the house can accommodate only one small car (compact cars, Mini Coopers, etc.), and other vehicles should use nearby paid parking lots (within a 3-10 minute walk).
