***Businesses with a business registration number, corporations, individual entrepreneurs, or public institutions are considered commercial rentals.*** ***For commercial rentals, if the booking is for a long duration or involves many people, the cost can be negotiated, so please inquire separately.*** <House Rules> 1. Reservations can be made starting from a minimum of 2 hours in 1-hour increments. Check-in is strictly on time, and you must be ready to leave 5 minutes before the end of your booking. - Time for preparation, setting up, using the changing room, and restoring any equipment and props to their original state is included in the usage time. Quick entry for changing is not allowed. - If you exceed the reserved time, you will be charged an hourly rate without exception. Please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times to respect the usage times of other guests. - On weekends, reservations cannot be made with less than a 2-hour gap from existing bookings. If there needs to be a gap between reservations, please make it at least 2 hours. 2. Once you are ready to check out, please confirm with the staff that there are no issues on-site and that the setup has been restored to its original state before leaving. - CCTV is always recording. - Please be careful not to touch the surface of the LED screen. Due to the nature of LED panels, they are sensitive to impact, and once damaged, it is impossible to repair them to the exact same brightness and color as before. - If there is damage or excessive contamination to equipment, props, or facilities, compensation will be requested after an estimate. - Food, except for beverages, is not allowed to be brought in, and we recommend bottled drinks with caps. All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up and disposed of in the recycling bins and trash cans. (If it is unavoidable to bring in food, please inquire in advance.) 3. Each room has its own restroom. (Not shared with the commercial space) 4. The mini room cannot accommodate simultaneous recording. Also, if stage lighting is used, the fan noise is too loud, making simultaneous recording difficult. 5. If the volume of music or other sounds is excessively loud, complaints from the surrounding area may occur, so please maintain an appropriate volume. 6. There is a 4-space parking lot in the building (next to Ruon Hair on the 1st floor). Up to 2 cars can be parked. - Please always keep at least 1 space free for other building users. - Since parking is not designated, if there are no available spaces in the parking lot, please use nearby public parking lots. (Gwanak Sinseon Market Public Parking Lot, Sindaebang Station Public Parking Lot) - Do not park arbitrarily around the building except in the parking lot. - We do not accept inquiries regarding parking. We cannot provide answers regardless of the type. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setting up, dismantling equipment, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If it is unavoidable, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
