❗️Notice❗️ To prevent damage to props, rentals are generally conducted in person with the host present. However, if the host is unable to be present, the rental will proceed without face-to-face interaction. 🏷️Our space is suitable for those looking for a well-decorated mid-century/modern style home as a backdrop. 🚪The rental space includes the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, ❗️excluding the bedroom❗️. As this is a space where the host actually resides, please refrain from entering the bedroom to respect the host's privacy. 🔎A single site visit (1 hour) is available for free. If you wish to inquire, please contact us. During the site visit, large equipment is not allowed. [❗️From the second site visit onwards, charges will apply on an hourly basis.❗️] If you wish to schedule a site visit, please make a reservation for the intended shooting date and send us a message :) 🔎The preliminary site visit will be conducted in person after scheduling adjustments. Filming will generally proceed with the renter present, and communication will be done via phone or text. Depending on the filming time, it may also proceed without face-to-face interaction. ☀️The space faces southwest and has good natural lighting. Light can be adjusted through blinds. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 This is not a professional studio but a space where the host resides. Please use it with good manners. 🛋️The space features actual high-end antique furniture, which is sensitive to damage, and most items are difficult to replace, so please handle them with care. ❗️Any rearrangement of furniture by guests without prior agreement is strictly prohibited. 👥 Due to the limited space, if there are more than 4 people for the shoot, the number of participants may be controlled to ensure smooth proceedings and protect the space. 🗄️Please do not open the drawers in the house. 📹 The studio is equipped with CCTV for safety and theft prevention. It cannot be removed. (There is no CCTV in the bathroom.) 🅿️ Parking is possible on the roadside in front of the house, but please be aware that parking enforcement is strict. 🧭 If you are curious about the location, searching for 'Gospel Army Yeongcheon Church' will bring you near our space. Please take note. ⏰Available reservation times are from 8 AM to 10 PM. For other times, please inquire separately. If you need to extend your time, please let us know in advance. ‼️Even visitors who are just stopping by must be included in the total number of reserved guests.
