[📍Important Notice] - A deposit of 50,000 won is required for damage, loss, or contamination, which will be refunded after your departure if everything is in order. - You cannot adjust check-in and check-out times on your own due to time management, preparation for filming, and cleaning; additional fees may apply. - CCTV monitoring is in effect inside and outside for personnel verification. All persons entering the space will be counted regardless of the duration of stay, and the number of cast and crew entering at different times will also be calculated separately. If the set number of individuals is exceeded, additional fees will apply. - Cooking and food consumption (such as lunch boxes, chicken, hamburgers) are not allowed; only simple snacks like bread and coffee without strong odors are permitted. However, using the shared kitchen team is allowed (hourplace.co.kr/place/47696). - Pets and adult filming are not allowed; violators will be asked to leave immediately. [🤫 Etiquette] - This is a quiet residential area. Please observe basic etiquette when entering and leaving during late-night hours to respect the surrounding residents. - You must clean up all waste generated during filming and dispose of any food waste. - Furniture and sofas that have been moved must be returned to their original positions before you leave. - Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the studio. No e-cigarettes (violators will be asked to leave immediately). - Wearing indoor slippers is mandatory. [💥 Caution Regarding Damage and Contamination] - Shoes for filming must be taped to avoid scuffing the floor. If scuffs occur, they must be cleaned before you leave. - Please use your suitcase by leaving it at the entrance to prevent scratch marks (do not drag it on the floor). - In case of contamination, laundry fees will be charged, and if laundering is not possible, the cost of new items will be billed. For damage, loss, or destruction of furniture or props, reimbursement will be charged at the purchase price. - Please be cautious of damage to wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: check on-site together > take photos > verify estimates, and then a compensation request process will be initiated. [ 📸 Live Filming Team ] For stable connections, it is recommended to obtain a one-time dedicated LAN connection from your service provider for large streaming. The studio cannot be held responsible for any issues with live-streaming LAN connections. (Studio: 500Mbps) [🎙️ ASMR Filming Team] - The air conditioning unit may create noise when in operation. - Recommended shooting days: Monday to Thursday (2 PM to 5 PM), Saturday after 6 PM, and Sunday. - Days and times outside the recommended schedule may have noise from the upper floor, so they are not recommended. - ASMR filming is not available on Fridays. [ 🅿️ Parking Information ] ① Seongsu Art Hall Public Parking Lot (closest) * Free for the first 30 minutes * 1,000 won for 30 minutes and over * Additional 500 won for every 10 minutes thereafter * Operating hours * Tuesday–Friday: 08:00 AM - 09:45 PM * Saturday–Monday: 09:00 AM - 09:45 PM ② Nearby Parking * Public/private parking is available within a 1-minute walk (after reservation, a list of nearby parking options will be provided). ③ Parking Fee Support * Up to 1 vehicle can receive a parking fee support of 5,000 won (receipt submission required). ④ Notes * Parking inside the building is not allowed. * Please do not inquire about parking-related issues at the restaurant on the first floor (this may cause inconvenience to the establishment).
