[📍Important Notice] - A deposit of 50,000 KRW is required for damages, loss, or contamination, and will be refunded if there are no issues after check-out. - Due to time constraints for preparation and clean-up, you cannot adjust check-in and check-out times on your own, and additional fees may be charged. - CCTV will be operating inside and outside for personnel verification, and all individuals entering the premises will be counted. Regardless of the duration of stay, the number of cast and crew members entering at different times will also be calculated separately. If the set number of people is not adhered to, additional fees will be requested. - Cooking and eating are not allowed (no lunch boxes, chicken, hamburgers, etc.), but simple bread and coffee that do not produce odors are allowed > however, shared kitchen teams are permitted (hourplace.co.kr/place/47696) - Pets and adult filming are not allowed > immediate expulsion will occur if detected. [🤫 Etiquette] - This is a quiet residential area. Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents during late-night check-in and check-out. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot, and food waste must be disposed of. - Please return any moved furniture and sofas to their original positions before check-out. - Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the studio. No electronic cigarettes (immediate expulsion upon discovery). - Wearing indoor slippers is mandatory. [💥 Caution for Damage and Contamination] - Footwear for shooting must be taped to prevent scratches on the floor. If scratches occur, you must clean them before leaving. - Please leave your luggage at the door to prevent wheel marks on the floor. (Do not drag it on the floor.) - In case of contamination, laundry fees will be required, and if laundry is not possible, the cost of new products will be charged. For damage/loss/destruction of furniture and props, charges will be made at purchase price. - Please be careful of damage to wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: on-site verification > photo taking > estimate confirmation, and then compensation requests will be processed. [ 📸 Live Streaming Team ] For stable connections, it is recommended to obtain a one-time dedicated LAN from the carrier for large streaming. The studio cannot be held responsible for real-time streaming LAN issues. (Studio: 500Mbps) [🎙️ ASMR Filming Team ] - The air conditioning may produce motor sounds when in operation. - Recommended filming days: Monday to Thursday (2 PM to 5 PM), Saturday after 6 PM, Sunday. - Days and times outside the recommended filming days may have noise from the upper floors, so they are not recommended. - ASMR filming is not available on Fridays. [ 🅿️ Parking Information ] ① Seongsu Art Hall Parking Lot (closest) * First 30 minutes free * After 30 minutes, 1,000 KRW * After that, an additional 500 KRW every 10 minutes * Operating hours * Tuesday–Friday: 08:00 AM ~ 09:45 PM * Saturday–Monday: 09:00 AM ~ 09:45 PM ② Nearby parking lots * Public/private parking lots available within a 1-minute walk (a list of nearby parking lots will be provided after booking is completed) ③ Parking fee support * Up to 1 vehicle, 5,000 KRW parking fee support (receipt submission required) ④ Notes * No parking inside the building * Please do not inquire about parking at the restaurant on the first floor (it may cause inconvenience to the establishment).
