- There is no continuous lighting in the studio. Please rent if needed! - [Horizon and Space Usage Guide] This studio is a rental space used by various shooting teams. The horizon floor and walls may have minor stains, marks, repair traces, and signs of use that occur during normal usage. Depending on lighting, camera exposure, and shooting angles, these aspects may appear more pronounced than they actually are. If you require a completely pure white background for your shoot, close-up product shots, or full-body yoga/pilates shoots where the horizon floor and walls are widely exposed, please inquire before making a reservation. For shoots sensitive to space conditions, we recommend requesting the latest site photos or conducting a pre-visit before booking. If upon arrival you determine that the condition of the space is not suitable for your shooting purpose, please contact the manager before starting the shoot. Once the space is used and shooting has begun, a full refund may not be possible due to the condition of the horizon or incompatibility with the shooting concept. Please thoroughly check the photos and information on the guidance page when making a reservation, and if there are any conditions necessary for your shooting purpose, be sure to inquire in advance. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for shooting preparation and setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. • If you contact us in advance regarding momentary lighting, we will prepare it. • If you contact us in advance regarding parking, we will provide direct guidance.
