[Notes] - This is a family villa, not a studio. Small furniture and props can be used for shooting and can be moved, but please obtain prior consent, and moving the bed is not allowed. When moving small furniture or props, please restore them to their original state within the time limit. - You may bring simple props. - Smoking is absolutely prohibited both indoors and outdoors!! Smoking may result in eviction. - Due to being in the mountains, all ignition activities are prohibited for fire prevention. However, please consult in advance if you wish to use a fire pit. - For security and safety, CCTV is installed only outside. - The swimming pool is available for shooting and is a warm water pool. (Heated water is not available) - Please be cautious as a fee for 2 days will be charged if the pool becomes contaminated (foreign substances, dirt, etc.). - Reservations for adult content or shoots with excessive exposure, body profiles, swimwear, underwear, or similar types of shoots are not allowed. [Shooting Time] - Shooting is possible from 8 AM to 8 PM. (For times outside of this, please inquire separately) - The minimum rental time is 5 hours. [Pre-Visit] - If you wish to visit beforehand, please enter the shooting date, type, and details, make a preliminary reservation, and then inquire via chat. [Consultation] - For TV commercials, movies, drama shoots, or large-scale shoots, please inquire separately as the fees will differ. - Please consult in advance for generator trucks, food trucks, and other trucks. [Parking] - Parking is available for 5 vehicles, and please park in the designated area. [Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Check together on-site > take photos > after confirming the estimate, compensation will be requested. - After shooting: If damage is discovered, the damaged items will be charged at 100%, and for damage to walls, furniture, floors, windows, furniture, tiles, lighting, etc., you must compensate within 15 days after receiving an estimate from the contractor. [Staff Count] - The basic number of staff is 6, and up to 10 is allowed. - More than that can be arranged after consultation, and the rental fee will differ. - If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. - Please consider that all personnel coming and going in between are included in the count. [Food and Drink Prohibition] - Simple eating at the table, such as hamburgers or kimbap, is allowed. Cooking is not allowed, and please dispose of trash cleanly. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up and taken away. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, please restore it to its original state before the closing time.
