[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] In case of damage to the floor covering, compensation will be claimed. Please be careful of damage to the floor covering and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a compensation request. [Staff Capacity] The maximum number of people is 8. If additional people beyond the reserved number occur, an additional payment of 10,000 won per person per hour will be requested. If the number exceeds 8, the host may cancel the shoot. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [No Smoking] All indoor and outdoor areas are non-smoking spaces, including electronic cigarettes. A fee of 100,000 won will be charged for odor removal if smoking occurs. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
