[Damage Caution] - In case of damage: we will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Dog Accompaniment] - Dogs do not incur an additional fee 🐾 However, please be cautious of marking or footprints on fabric products, and if contamination occurs, cleaning costs will be charged. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Consumption of food and drinks other than simple snacks or beverages is prohibited in the space. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Please gather any trash generated during the shoot in one place, and I will clean it up after your departure. - Only one parking space is provided. Parking outside the designated area will incur parking fees due to building management. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
