The Insighter Home Study Room is a premium space for seminars, meetings, and small workshops.
‘Study Room 01’ features a greenhouse concept that brings freshness and coolness, with sunlight streaming through the windows adding warmth and comfort.
‘Study Room 02’ has a cozy gallery concept that provides a sense of comfort and snugness. The cork walls and bright lighting enhance focus.
Both rooms have their unique charm and are designed for those seeking a better environment for study and meetings.
Each room can accommodate up to 13 people and provides coffee and water as standard.
It is equipped with a beam projector, remote control, and heating/cooling facilities.

* Please bring a laptop that can connect via HDMI when using the beam projector.
* If you wish to rent the room for filming purposes, please inquire by phone.
* For corporate events and workshops, if you wish to rent the entire space including the hall (which can accommodate 60 people), please inquire by phone.

[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the reserved time for entry and exit. If you exceed the usage time, additional payment may be requested.
[Food and Drink Prohibition]
- You may bring beverages, but other food is not allowed.
- Coffee and water provided in the hall are available for free. However, if there is a reservation for the hall at the same time on the day, coffee will not be available, and only water can be used.
[Staff Count]
- The rental price for this study room is available for 1 to 13 people, and the hourly rate is the same regardless of the number of people. (Entry of more than 13 people is not allowed)
- If the maximum staff count set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the usage or request additional payment.
[Etiquette]
- This space is intended for small workshops, team meetings, and study sessions. We kindly decline gatherings that generate excessive noise, such as recreation or games.
- All trash generated during use must be cleaned up.
- Existing furniture settings and structures cannot be changed, and we ask for a simple cleanup after use.
- Parking in the building is not allowed; please use the 'Geumhwa Industrial Private Parking Lot' located 30 seconds on foot.
[Damage Warning]
- In case of damage: confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
📌 Important Notes for Filming
The reserved space is designed for meetings and lectures, and to ensure smooth usage during filming, please note the following:
✔ Filming and waiting are only allowed in the reserved room (including equipment/staff)
✔ Filming in common areas and outside is not allowed
✔ This is not a soundproof space – there may be simultaneous use of other rooms
✔ Prior consultation is required for moving internal items (tables are fixed / changes to plant arrangements are not allowed)
✔ Costs will be charged in case of damage
✔ Food is not allowed / only beverages are permitted
✔ Restoration to original condition after filming is mandatory.
