[Usage Regulations] - Designated parking for 1 vehicle is available. (If you need to use additional vehicles, please inquire in advance.) - The usage time includes preparation and cleanup time for the shoot. - Outside food is not allowed. (Simple drinks and snacks are permitted.) - Please wear the provided slippers in all areas of the studio, except for shooting shoes. (Please attach tape to shooting shoes.) - CCTV is operational in the studio for security and fire prevention. - If you are accompanied by infants or pets, stair access is prohibited. (We are not responsible for accidents due to carelessness when using the stairs.) [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Preparation and setup time, equipment removal, and restoration of the location are included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Furniture and Props Usage] - Available items: Bluetooth speaker, steam iron, full-length mirror, hangers, pants hangers, racks, wet wipes, tape cleaner, scissors, tape, phone charger, tripod. - You will be responsible for any damage to studio props, equipment, or facilities. - The furniture and props in the studio may vary depending on the situation. - Please return any furniture and props used during the shoot to their original positions before leaving. - In case of damage: confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Number of People] If the maximum number of people reserved is not adhered to, the host may request additional payment.
