[Time Management] - Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] - Please tape the soles of shoes used for fitting shoots. - Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - In case of damage: we will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please gather all trash generated during the shoot on top of the oven next to the bathroom door. - Please follow the parking instructions. - For parking more than one vehicle, we will guide you to a nearby paid parking lot (30 seconds on foot, 3 minutes away).
