[Time Management] - Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] - In case of damage: confirm on-site together > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. - There is a CCTV inside for your safety. (Necessary for safety incidents, personnel checks, etc.) [Staff Count] If the set maximum number of staff is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask the host for permission first. [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of parking spaces. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
