The CCTV cannot be manipulated arbitrarily and is used for identifying personnel during entry or exit and in case of disputes or damages due to the unmanned entry and exit nature. [Time Compliance] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. - Taxidermy items cannot be touched or moved under any circumstances, and charges will be incurred for any damage. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating or Drinking] Eating or drinking in the space is always prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. Due to the nature of the space with fabrics and taxidermy, eating or drinking is not allowed. Unapproved eating or drinking will incur additional cleaning fees. (If there are strong odors or if it affects the space, additional disinfection and cleaning fees will be charged.) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Areas outside the rented studio space are not to be used. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by yourself (throwing trash in the space is not allowed). - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
